Duties
- Oversee and perform all legal, regulatory and company secretarial functions.
- Advice, draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Assist and advise on corporate finance projects (e.g. financing, M&A, etc) and other legal and compliance issues arising from the business operation.
- Manage and liaise with external advisers / professionals.
- Degree in Law.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Effective communication skills; Chinese not required.
- Responsible, good interpersonal skills and self-motivated.

Manager of Satellite Technical Operations for Asia
Requirement
- Degree holder of Electronics or Communications Engineering and Design or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Satellite Systems Engineering and Operations.
- Background in Satellite Broadcast and Data Operations, RF and Link Budget Analysis.
- Background on Satellite TT&C and SCC Operations.
- Working experience on operations of DVB, ATSC, SNG, video Play-out and Production systems.
- Working experience on deployment of Satellite VSAT, IPLC, MPLS, TDM/TDMA, SCPC, MCPC, GSM Backhaul platforms.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa-Indonesia.
- Communication skills and capable of interacting tactfully with people.
