Broadcast Satellite Center is a pioneer satellite communications facility in the Philippines providing tracking, telemetry and control for Agila2/ABS-5 in geostationary orbit. It houses the required equipment (both hardware and software) that provide satellite control, satellite orbit determination and prediction, on-station operations and payload and client monitoring.
The Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for monitoring the operation and utilization of Agila2/ABS-5 transponders to ensure they are operating within nominal power level.
