Primary Satellite Monitoring Russian Satellite Communications Co. (RSCC)

The Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC) is the Russian state satellite communications operator whose spacecraft provide a global coverage.

Subic Space Center (SSC) (Philippines)

Subic Space Center (SSC) is a pioneer satellite communications facility in the Philippines providing tracking, telemetry and control services.  It provides satellite control, satellite orbit determination and prediction, on-station operations and payload and client monitoring. The facility is staffed by highly trained personnel and engineers working on a 24/7 operating schedule.
