With high-gain uplink coverage over Asia, Australia , Africa, and Europe , ABS-1 is an ideal solution for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint video contribution applications. Additionally, DTH platform customers can use ABS C-band capacity to affordably and reliably transport their content to one of the ABS gateway teleports for processing and uplink on our Ku-band beams. ABS has access to large aperture downlink antennas at most of its partner teleports, offering video contribution customers the ability to use high order modulation for savings on space segment requirements.
