Prior to successful registration of an Earth Station (ES) with ABS, antennas and other related hardware must be tested and approved by the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and in coordination with ABS TT&C, Dubna. The ABS Satellite User Guide document includes procedures with a series of tests especially designed in order for the ES. to operate successfully.
